GP Sessions
Our regular surgery hours are 9am-12.30pm, and 2-5pm, but early morning, lunchtime, and late evening appointment are available on some days, as outlined below. We believe in providing personal and continuing care for patients, and locum doctors are only used when absolutely necessary to cover annual leave. Please see below for a timetable of when each doctor is on duty.

Flu vaccine and COVID booster clinics are now running. Please contact the surgery to book in.
CONSULTATIONS
We are extremely busy but we want to see you. If you are concerned about your symptoms or need a review, please book the next available appointment with the GP. Please only ask for a same day appointment if you have urgent symptoms that cannot wait.
Jan 2023
New Patients: we currently have no capacity to take on new patients. We are prioritising existing patients and those with no local GP. Applicants will be placed on a waiting list and taken on as space allows. We cannot take on patients who already have a GP in the area
Repeat Prescriptions
There is a 48 hour turnaround for repeat prescriptions, letters etc. More complicated forms will take longer. An emergency 7 day supply of medication can usually be obtained from the pharmacy if needed.
TLC-DOC - We are founder members of the GP cooperative that opened in November 2011, based in Tallaght Cross West, just outside Tallaght Hospital. This service provides GP appointments for urgent medical problems from 6-10pm Mon - Fri, and 10am-6pm on Sat / Sun / Public Holidays.
